Together - Rotate Glenoid Cavity Superiorly
Transverse Fibres - Retract Scapluae & With Fixed Shoulders can Extend Neck (Bilateral) or Laterally Flex (Unilateral)

Superior/Proximal: Spinous Processes T6-T12 & Thoracolumbar Fascia & Iliac Crest
Inferior/Distal: Floor of Intertubercular Sulcus of Humerus
Action:
Extends and Adducts and Medially Rotates Humerus & Raises Arm to Body when Climbing

Downward Rotation of Scapula and Tilts its Glenoid Cavity Inferiorly by Rotation of Scapula
