Monthly Self breast exam and every 3 years clinical breast exam starting 20 years
Annual mammography and annual clinical breast exam starting 40 years
For high risk patients, add MRI
Cervical cancer screening
Every 3 years PAP smear starting at 21 years, with addition of cytology starting at 30 years
If cytology is combined with HPV test, do every 5 years
No need to screen if less than 21 years or more than 65 years
No need to screen post hysterectomy of noncancerous causes
Colorectal cancer screening
Annual FOBT/FIT, every 5 years sigmoidoscopy/CT colonography, and every 10 years colonoscopy starting at 50 years
Lung cancer screening
Low dose CT scan starting at 55 years, esp if with >/= 30 pack year smoking history, still smoking, or have quit within 15 years
Prostate cancer screening
DRE and PSA starting at 50 years
