Why does a decline between the ages of 13-15 common?
It is the age in which children transition into high school
Is sedentary behaviour the same as being inactive
No!
Somebody who is classed as physically inactive isn’t reaching the physical activity guidelines as opposed to sedentary behaviour which can be defined as too much sitting.
