Acute appendicitis
loin to groin pain
restless patient
internittent pain but severe in nature
some haematuria
renal colic
loin pain
fever and rigors
vomiting
acute pyelonephritis
men with suprapubic pain
Hx of BPH
urinary retention
RIF or LIF pain
vaginal bleeding
Hx of amenorrhoea for 6-9 weeks
ectopic pregnancy
epigastric pain radiating to back
may be shocked - hypotensvie and tachycardic
Ruptured AAA
hx of AF Abdo pain Rectal bleeding Diarrhoea ABG shows: metabolic acidosis
