  • Visual: Good for beginners by seeing demonstration, but might be poor quality and time consuming
  • Verbal guidance: They are good for fine tuning and they are quick to do. However there could be a overload of information and could be misunderstanding
  • Manual guidance: Creates a kinaesthetic sense. However, it could lead to over reliance and someone may not want to be touched
  • Mechanical guidance: Use of physical aids such as a bowling machine in cricket.
    Creates a kinaesthetic sense and gains confidence for the sport. However, it could lead to over reliance and slows down the learning.
