Kupperman
- Identifies the presence of progesterone
- (+) formation of deep orange or dark brown color
- (-) amber
Prenandiol Test
- Presence of epinephrine
- (+) deep orange or dark brown
Iodine Test / Lugol’s Reaction Test
- The physician will administer Prostigmen intramuscularly, patient will wait for 2 weeks
- No bleeding = pregnant
- Bleeding = not pregnant
