What reporting requirements are required by ATC when not in radar contact?
Non-precision –> Final approach fix inbound
Precision –> outer marker inbound
ETA changes of 3 minutes or more
What report should be made to ATC at all times without a specific request?
My DRUMS reached and left a holding fix clearance and missed the approach by 10 kts or 5% and climbed at 500 ft./m rate VFR on top.
- airspeed greater than 10kts or 5% than filed
- unable to climb/descent 500 ft/min
- altitude changes VFR on top on a specific clearance
- time & altitude of reaching or leaving a holding fix

T - Transponder test and inspect every 24 calendar months
