What are the various compass errors?
A
V - Variation – difference between true North and magnetic north
D - Deviation – due to magnetic field of aircraft
M - Magnetic Dip - gets closer to North Pole
O - Oscillation – due to turbulence or rough control
N - Northerly Turning Errors - (UNOS)
A - Acceleration/Deceleration Errors - (ANDS)
