Check general condition of cab and body

Answer 1

Damage to body-dent, paint, mirrors, lens, ect. Write up any body damage found.

Question 2

Check cab and compartment door latch and hinges

Answer 2

Open properly, loose screws, mounting bolts, lube with lithium grease for door latches; for hinges, use screw loose.

Question 3

Look under apparatus.

Answer 3

Fresh oil, coolant, grease, fuel leak, or excessive water leaks.

Question 4

Check all tires and rims; fronts/ inner and outer rear duals.

Answer 4

Cuts, low air pressure, cracked rim, loose lug nuts, tread depth (wear bar). If tread looks low or tire is damaged, please call Fire Maintenance .

Check Mirrors
