Build pressure in primary and secondary system until compressor unloads
(120-133psi)

Low air alarm goes off at 65psi

- Shut engine off when the air pressure rises to 120-133psi or compressor unloads.
- With Brakes released and Wheels Chocked.
- Apply brakes firmly.
- After the intial pressure drop, the pressure should not fall more than 3psi in one minute.
- Step on and off the brake pedal to reduce air system tank pressure.

Check for air leaks whe foot is on brake pedal.

The low air pressure warning alarm/light should sound below 65psi system pressure on gauge.

- If not the alarm may be disconnected.
- Do not disconnect any warning alarms.
- Call fire Maintenance

The Yellow parking brake valve should pop up at approximately 40-60psi, thus should set the parking brake.
A
- Low buzzer and and light will come on.
- Warning alarm/light will go off above 65psi.

Start engine. Build up air pressure system to 120-133psi. or until the compressor unloads.
A
- If there are leaks, or air compressor does not build air pressure to 120-133 psi, Call fire Maintenance.
