What are risk factors for pre mature birth
A
Age, race, smoking, previous pre term delivery, chorioamnionitis, diabetes, smoking.

Primary -Smoking cessation, information, reduction of stress
Secondary- cervical cerclage, vaginal PH

RDS , nec, sepsis, seizures, cerebral palsy

Antenatal steroids, mag sulf, antibiotics , tocolyitics.

A
moderate- birth 3rd -10th centile
Severe- less than 3rd centile

A
FGR = Efw less than 10th centile
IUGR- pathological small fetus

Hypothermia , hypoglycaemia, Mec aspiration, retinopathy of prematurity
