Abo/rh incompatibilities, bacterial/ viral infection

Lethargy, irritability, Coma, seizures , poor feeding
What if near threshold at term?
( within 50 mol)
Repeat measurement with 18 hours withrisk factors.
Within 24 hours with no risk factors
Risk factors for jaundice
Pre term, blood group incompatibilities, diabetes
JAUNDICED INFANT LESS THAN 24 hours old!
Check serum billi within two hours
check sbr every 6 hours
Over 24 hours- check with tcb, if over 250 mmol do sbr
