What are the ASA grades?
A
1 - fit and well
2- mild systemic disease, does not limit activity
3- severe systemic disease limits activity but is not incapacitating
4- severe systemic disease that is a constant threat to life
5 - moribund, unlikely to survive 24hr without operation

When should a burn be referred into specialised burn care?
A
- All burns >/= 2% TBSA in children or >/= 3% in adults
- All full thickness burns
- All circumferential burns
- Any burn not healed in 2 weeks
- Any burn suspicious of NAI in children for expert assessent in 24 hours
