What are features of Anterior Cerebral Stroke?
A
Contralateral motor/sensory loss (upper limb dominant) i.e. hemiparesis/hemisensory loss, Homonymous Heminopia, Higher Congitive dysfunction

What are features of Middle Cerebral artery Stroke?
A
Contralateral motor/sesnory (face + upper limb dominant), eye deviates towards infarct, homonymous hemianopia, aphasia or neglect

What are features of Posterior cerebral infarct?
A
- Vertebrobasilar arteries
- Presents with features of brainstem damage
- Ataxia, disorders of gaze and vision, cranial nerve lesions

What are features of lateral medullary syndrome or posterior inferior cerebellar artery strokes (PICA)?
A
- Wallenberg’s syndrome
- Ipsilateral: ataxia, nystagmus, dysphagia, facial numbness, cranial nerve palsy
- Contralateral: limb sensory loss
