Filteration and crystallisation for rock salt

1. Grind the mixture to make sure the salt
   crystals are small - dissolve easily
2. put mixture in water and stir - salt will
   dissolve but sand wont
3. filter the out the sand from the mixture
4. slowly evaporate the solvent so the salt forms
   dry crystals
