Adjust grip so second joint of fingers is 90 degrees (twist black thing to adjust)
Arm parallel to body, bend elbow 90 degrees
Squeeze the handle
Do not hold breath or move other parts of the body
Leave a 60 second rest before retesting same hand
Record each attempt - peak value and average

Record score from the back of the heels
60-120 seconds rest between attempts

Ask client to remove their shoes and sit on floor,

With legs straight, place bottom of feet against box,
Reach slowly and steadily forward in a controlled manner
Keep legs straight
Client should exhale and drop head and hold the position for 2 seconds
