A

Current PC valid for 01/06/2021 to 31/12/2022
To renew PC valid for 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2024,
QP is 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2022

Months available to obtain CPE = 15
Required CPE = (15/24)x50 = 32 CPE

There is a cap limit to the amount of CPE that can be claimed under each categories, hence, need at least 2 categories.

  1. Pass examinations by SPC
  2. Full CPE requirement to restore name, 25 CPE within 12 months.
  3. Certificate of good standing from the last practise, if applicable.

Requirements for specialist registration

A
  1. Fully registered pharmacist
  2. Holding a valid PC and practising in Singapore
  3. Relevant post-graduate qualifications recognised by PSAB (eg PharmD)
  4. Valid specialty certificate recognised by PSAB
  5. Completed 1 year full-time training in broad-based pharmacotherapy
  6. Completed 1 year full-time residency in applied specialty
  7. Accumulated 1 year practising experience in applied specialty

  1. Submission of application with required documents to PSAB

  3. Submission of specialist application with required documents to SPC
  4. SPC will issue Certificate of Specialist Registration and Specialist Practising Certificate
