- This includes: benefits and perks to attract and retain employees
- Focusing on being responsible members in the communities they serve
Why are strategy and outcomes important?
- Knowing what they want to achieve and have a strategic plan to get there
- Have tools in place to measure success
How can an organization use strategy and outcomes to be successful?
