Q

What is another reflective practice framework?

A

What: explores how thought processes during an action may have impacted that actions. ‘What was I thinking when I took the action I did?’

So what: considers the significance of what happened as well as the values and feelings at the time. ‘How did I feel during and after, why was it important?’

Now what: What can we learn from or do differently next time?’
