You work at Jack’s Accounting Office. The person the caller wants to speak with is in a meeting, and may be busy for quite a while. Offer message options using some or all of the following vocabulary: May I take a message? Would you like his/her voicemail box? Is there something I can help you with? Is there anyone else who may be of assistance? What was your name again? May I have your phone number? Is there a best time to reach you?
Spell your name using helpful pronunciation words for letters that can be easily confused for other letters (specifically B, D, M, N, V). You don’t have to use the “International Telecommunications Union Standard Phonetic Alphabet” if you haven’t memorized it.
