Outwards curvature of the spine, causing huching of the back. Often due to bad posture.

Ossification

A

The process where bone is formed from cartilage. Cartilage cells die off and are calcified to produce bone. Osteoblasts then bring calcium to bones which then creates bone matter. Osteoblasts increase the more exercise you do.
