- NSAIDS
- Paracetamol

A
- Avoid high activity levels
- Avoid driving home

What if there was a tear instead of inflammation?
A
- No cortisone injection as the tear might get worse
- High reoccurrence rate after corticosteroid use

Should you recommend long term NSAID use?
A
- No paracetamol for long term use
- NSAID long term has serious side effects such as, stomach ulcers, susceptibility to bruising and risk of stroke and asthma events
