A
- Maintain Oxygen saturation >94%
- Consider advanced airway and waveform capnography

While you are ventilating and oxygenation what should you be careful to not do?
A
Do not hyperventilate

It pt has hypotension (SBP <90 mmHg) how should you address that?
A
-IV saline bolus 1-2 L of NS or LR

What vasopressors can you infuse to help treat the hypotension?
A
- Epinephrine: 7-35mcg per minute
- Dopamine: 5-10 mcg/kg per minute
- Norepinephrine: 7-35 mcg per minute

What CV monitoring should be done?
A
12 Lead ECG to check for STEMI or AMI

If positive for STEMI or AMI what should you do next?
A
Coronary reperfusion
- PCI or fibrinolysis

What labs should be drawn?
A
- CMP
- CBC: infection or anemia
- ABG: acidosis
- Potassium
- Lactate
- Coag
- Troponin
- Creatine Kinase

What is Target Temperature Management (TTM) and what is the temp range?
A
- Consider therapeutic hypothermia (helps reduce brain edema)
- 32-36 degrees C
