- HypoTN
- Altered MS
- Signs of sock
- Ischemic chest discomfort
- Acute heart failure

What is the first line tx and dose for bradycardia?
A
- IV Atropine
- 0.5mg bolus

How often do you repeat Atropine dose and what is the max dose?
A
- Repeat every 3-5 minutes
- Max 3 mg

If atropine is ineffective what are the next steps?
A
- Subcutaneous pacing OR - Dopamine OR - Epinephrine

What is the dose of Dopamine?
A
IV infusion 2-20 mcg/kg per minute.

IV infusion 2-10 mcg per minute
