  2. Involve vagina, perineal skin, fasci, levagor ani muscle and perineal body
  3. Entire perineum and reach external sphincter of rectum
  4. Entire perineum, recital sphincter, some of he mucous membrane of rectum

Encourage voiding 6-8 hours after delivery, void every 2-3 hours
C-section: void within 4 hours of removing foley
