Mindfulness can be practiced in everyday life such as driving, walking, eating etc. whilst focusing on a singular task

Online meditation - headspace which includes guided meditations with differing aims to do in everyday life
Apply the assumption ‘focus on the good life’ to mindfulness.
Involves acknowledging thoughts and choosing to let them pass and control their feelings
