Positive Risk Factor - Age
Men over than 45
Women over than 55
Positive Risk Factor - Family History
Sudden death before 55 in father, or 65 in mother
Positive Risk Factor - Smoking
Current smoker or somebody that has quit in the past 6 months, or exposure to environment smoke
Positive Risk Factor - Sedentary
Not participating in 30 minutes of exercise for 3x/week for 3 month
Positive Risk Factor - Obesity
BMI greater than 30
Men waist greater than 102cm
Women waist greater than 88cm
Positive Risk Factor - Hypertension
Systolic BP greater than or equal to 140
and/or
Diastolic BP greater than or equal to 90
Positive Risk Factor - Dislipidemia
LDL greater than or equal to 130 or HDL less than 40
Positive Risk Factor - Pre diabetes
Fasting Plasma Glucose greater than 100, but less than or equal to 125
Negative Risk Factor - HDL
Greater than or equal to 60mg
Normal Blood Pressure
120 / 80
Prehypertension Blood Pressure
120 -139 / 80-89
Hyper tension Stage 1
140 - 159 / 90-99
Hyper Tension Stage 2
> 160 / >100
