Dos Margarita Glass (Cadillac Margarita)
shaken; clear rocks, salt rim, lime garnish
Patron Blanco 1.5 oz
Cointreau 0.5 oz
Sour Mix 1.25 oz
Grand Marnier 0.5oz
Steps
Add ice to shaker
Add 1.5 oz Patron Blanco, 0.5 oz Cointreau, and 1.25 oz Sour Mix
Shake hard
Strain over fresh ice into clear rocks glass w/ salt rim
Use a jigger to top with 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
Lime wedge garnish
Dos Margarita Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses
pitcher filled to rim w/ ice; no garnish; served w/ clear rocks glasses
Patron Blanco 6oz
Cointreau 2oz
Sour Mix 6oz
Grand Marnier 2oz
Steps
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 6 oz Patron, 2 oz Patron Citronge, 6 oz Sour mix
Stir Rapidly
Pour everything into another pitcher
Top off with ice if needed, then add Grand Marnier as a float
Serve with salt rimmed, ice filled clear rocks glasses
Skinny Margarita Glass
shaken; clear rocks glass, salt rim, lime garnish
Sauza Tequila 2 oz
Lime 1 oz
Agave 1 oz
Steps
Add ice to shaker
Add 2 oz Sauza, 1 oz Lime, 1 oz Agave - be careful with lime juice to not over pour.
Shake hard. You need to fully incorporate the agave. Longer than usual shake is needed.
Pour over fresh ice in clear rocks glass w/ salt rim
Garnish
Skinny Margarita Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses
pitcher filled to rim w/ ice; no garnish; served w/ clear rocks glasses
Sauza Tequila 8oz
Lime 4 oz
Agave 4 oz
Steps
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 8 oz Sauza over ice
In a shaker - add ice (halfway), 5 oz lime, 5 oz agave
Shake hard to incorporate agave
Strain over pitcher w/tequila
Pour everything into a new pitcher to incorporate together
Final stir to incorporate
Serve with salt rimmed, ice filled clear cocktail glassesFill pitcher to the brim with ice
Orange Crush
shaken; clear rocks glass; orange garnish
Rail Vodka 1.5 oz
Triple Sec 1 oz
Orange Juice 1 oz
Sprite Splash on top
Steps:
Fill shaker with ice.
Add 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz OJ
Shake until chilled
Strain into clear rocks glass over fresh ice
Top with sprite
Garnish with orange wedge
Orange Crush Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses

Rail Vodka 6oz
Triple Sec 4 oz
Orange Juice 4 oz
Sprite Top-off
Steps
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 6 oz vodka, 4 oz Triple Sec, 4 oz OJ
Stir then pour everything into a new pitcher to incorporate together
Top with sprite
One more stir to incorporate
Serve with ice filled clear cocktail glasses w/ orange garnish
Blood Orange Mezcal Margarita
shaken; clear rocks glass filled with ice; pasilla salt rim; lime garnish
Ilegal Mezcal 1.5 oz
Blood Orange Margarita Mix 4 oz
Steps
Rim clear rocks glass with Pasilla Salt and fill to rim with ice
In the small side of a shaker with ice, add 1.5 oz Ilegal Mezcal and 4 oz Blood Orange Mix
Shake and strain into the prepared glass
Orange garnish
Blood Orange Mezcal Margarita Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses
built; pitcher filled to rim w/ ice; no garnish; pasilla salt rim glasses
Ilegal Mezcal 6 oz
Blood Orange Margarita Mix 16 oz
Steps
Fill pitcher to the rim with ice
Add 6 oz Ilegal Mezcal, top with more ice if needed
Add 16 oz Blood Orange Margarita Mix
Stir well to incorporate ingredients
Serve with clear rocks glass rimmed with Pasilla Salt

Old Fashioned
stirred; rocks glass; maraschino cherry/orange garnish
Orange/Cherry 1 orange, 1 cherry
Simple Syrup 0.25 oz
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Whiskey/bourbon/rye of choice 2 oz
Steps: Build in rocks glass. DO NOT SHAKE
Add first 3 ingredients to rocks glass
Muddle then add ice
Add 2 oz whisky/bourbon/rye of choice
Stir 10-12 times or until glass is cold
Do not add extra garnish
Whiskey Sour
shaken; rocks glass; Lemon wedge garnish
Whiskey of choice 1.5 oz
Sour Mix 1.5 oz
Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
Steps
Add ice to small shaker tin
Add all 3 ingredients and shake hard until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish w/ lemon wedge
Manhattan
stirred; martini glass; cherry garnish
Whiskey, Bourbon, or Rye (choice) 2 oz
Sweet Vermouth 1 oz
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Steps
Chill martini glass (soda water and ice)
BUILD IN A LARGE SHAKER - add ice & 2 oz of whiskey, bourbon, or rye (great chance to
upsell!), 1 oz sweet vermouth *, and 2 dashes of angostura bitters
Stir 10-12 times (shaker should be very cold to the touch, NEVER SHAKE)
Strain in chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry
*Manhattan Options:
- Dry: no vermouth
- Perfect: 0.5o oz sweet vermouth, 0.50 oz dry vermouth
Kentucky Mule
built; collins glass; lime garnish
Whiskey of choice 1.5 oz
Lime Juice 0.5 oz
Ginger Beer Top with
Steps
Fill a collins glass w/ ice
Add first 2 ingredients
Top w/ ginger beer
Lime garnish
Cosmopolitan
shaken; martini glass; lime twist garnish
A Cosmopolitan should be light pink in color, Never a dark pink or red.
(Three squirts of cranberry off the gun into the tin before shaking makes the perfect color)
Vodka 1.5 oz
Cointreau 1 oz
Cranberry juice 0.25 oz
Lime juice 0.5 oz
Steps
Chill martini glass
Add all ingredients to shaker tin & Shake until chilled
Strain into chilled martini glass
Garnish with lime twist
Martini
stirred; martini glass; olive or lemon twist garnish
Gin or Vodka 2.5 oz
Dry Vermouth swirl in martini glass
Steps
Chill Martini glass
Dump ice from glass and add dry vermouth*, just enough to swirl around glass, dump any
remaining out.
Add ice to large shaker tin; add 2.5oz of chosen vodka or gin
Stir rapidly until chilled. If a customer asks for shaken/extra cold, shake accordingly.
Strain in the cocktail glass
Garnish and serve (ask guest if they prefer olives or lemon twist)
*Martini Options:
- Dirty Martini: Add a half ounce of olive brine to shaker tin
- Filthy Martini: Add an ounce of olive brine to shaker tin
- Dry Martini: Do not add vermouth to glass
- Wet Martini: Add 0.5 oz to shaker tin w/ vodka or gin
Moscow Mule
built; rocks glass; lime wedge garnish
Vodka 1.5 oz
Lime 0.25 oz; just a splash, not too much!
Ginger Beer To the top
Steps
Add ice to rocks glass
Add 1.5 oz vodka
Add splash of fresh lime juice
Top with Ginger Beer (NOT GINGER ALE)
Garnish with lime wedge
