Patron Blanco 1.5 oz
Cointreau 0.5 oz
Sour Mix 1.25 oz
Grand Marnier 0.5oz

Steps
Add ice to shaker
Add 1.5 oz Patron Blanco, 0.5 oz Cointreau, and 1.25 oz Sour Mix
Shake hard
Strain over fresh ice into clear rocks glass w/ salt rim
Use a jigger to top with 0.5 oz Grand Marnier
Lime wedge garnish

Dos Margarita Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses

pitcher filled to rim w/ ice; no garnish; served w/ clear rocks glasses

Patron Blanco 6oz
Cointreau 2oz
Sour Mix 6oz
Grand Marnier 2oz

Steps
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 6 oz Patron, 2 oz Patron Citronge, 6 oz Sour mix
Stir Rapidly
Pour everything into another pitcher
Top off with ice if needed, then add Grand Marnier as a float
Serve with salt rimmed, ice filled clear rocks glasses

Skinny Margarita Glass

Answer 3

shaken; clear rocks glass, salt rim, lime garnish

Sauza Tequila 2 oz
Lime 1 oz
Agave 1 oz

Steps
Add ice to shaker
Add 2 oz Sauza, 1 oz Lime, 1 oz Agave - be careful with lime juice to not over pour.
Shake hard. You need to fully incorporate the agave. Longer than usual shake is needed.
Pour over fresh ice in clear rocks glass w/ salt rim
Garnish

Skinny Margarita Pitcher - equal to 4 glasses

pitcher filled to rim w/ ice; no garnish; served w/ clear rocks glasses

Sauza Tequila 8oz
Lime 4 oz
Agave 4 oz

Steps:
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 8 oz Sauza over ice
In a shaker - add ice (halfway), 5 oz lime, 5 oz agave
Shake hard to incorporate agave
Strain over pitcher w/tequila
Pour everything into a new pitcher to incorporate together
Final stir to incorporate
Serve with salt rimmed, ice filled clear cocktail glasses

Orange Crush

shaken; clear rocks glass; orange garnish

Rail Vodka 1.5 oz
Triple Sec 1 oz
Orange Juice 1 oz
Sprite Splash on top

Steps:
Fill shaker with ice.
Add 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz OJ
Shake until chilled
Strain into clear rocks glass over fresh ice
Top with sprite
Garnish with orange wedge

Rail Vodka 6oz
Triple Sec 4 oz
Orange Juice 4 oz
Sprite Top-off

Steps
Fill pitcher to the brim with ice
Add 6 oz vodka, 4 oz Triple Sec, 4 oz OJ
Stir then pour everything into a new pitcher to incorporate together
Top with sprite
One more stir to incorporate
Serve with ice filled clear cocktail glasses w/ orange garnish
