Difference between Plebiscite, Election, Recall, Referendum, Initiative
A
Plebiscite - A Popular vote on the Permanent changes in the Political Structure.
Referendum - Popular vote which decides the Validity of the Law proposed.
Initiative - A given Percentage of Voters may officially propose a law.
Recall - A constitutional measure which allows the Citizens to remove a local official.
