What are inputs?
A
- comes from the public, political parties, and interest groups
- 2 types of input: demands and support
DEMANDS (CPR): changes, policies, resources
SUPORT (CPL): compliance, participation, loyalty

- processes the inputs and turns them into outputs through POLICIES, LAWS, and ACTIONS
- includes government Institutions, political actors, and decision making processes
