- Massive influx of foreign patients - they must rely on interpreters which is time consuming and expensive, with they don’t have
- Rubbish is being left on streets which is causing them to be bombarded and making residents angry
- Local people feel like foreigners in their own country

- Interpreters cost money which people don’t have
- There are hardly any jobs left which is causing people to be unemployed
- Immigrants don’t go to work because they have access to benefits
