3 General Considerations-PSO
- BP must not make contact with the PR.
- BP must not engage in behaviour that amounts to family violence.
- BP must not encourage/incite another person to contact/harm the PR.
3 General Effects of a PSO
- Vacate Land.
- Surrender Weapons Immediately.
- Suspend Firearms Licence.
How long can you detain to issue a PSO?
2 Hours
Max days a PSO can be served for?
10 Days.
When must a PSO be served by?
48 Hours/PSO lapses after 48 Hours.
