Benzodiazepines
A
Flumazenil, for resp arrest.
300mcg over 3-6 minutes.

B-blocker
A
Atropine 3mg bolus IV.
Glucagon 2-10mg IV if atropine fails.

Cyanide
A
High flow oxygen for mild case.
Sodium thiosulphate/nitrite 300mg IV then 50ml of 50% glucose.

Carbonmonoxide
A
High flow oxygen and monitor acid-base for metabolic acidosis however usually corrects itself after CO expulsion.
If cerebral oedema, then mannitol IV.

Digoxin. Due to narrow range can become digitoxic.
Symptoms?
A
Symptoms include low cognition, yellow-green halos, arrhythmia, nausea and anorexia.
Antidote is Digifab. If dose unknown, 800mg.

VitK for warfarin, prothrombin complex 50mcg per kg.
