Initially: Just nausea and vomiting
Later: Encephalopathy, haemorrhaging, cerebral oedema
Treatment: Paracetamol
IV Acetylcysteine - 3 consecutive infusions
S&S: TCAs
Dry mouth
Treatment: TCAs (3)

- Sodium bicarbonate
- IV Lorazapam
S&S: SSRIs
Tremor, nystagmus, sinus tachycardia
Serotonin syndrome:
- Confusion, agitation, restlessness
- Sweating, HYPERthermia, HYPERtension
Treatment: SSRIs (2)
- Charcoal
2. IV lorazapam
S&S: Antipsychotics
- Movement disorders (can be at therapeutic doses)
- Arrhythmias, Convulsions, ECG
Treatment: Antipsychotics (2)
- Charcoal
2. Procyclidine for EPSEs
S&S: BDZ
