Location: On the Antihelix Superior Crus, in the first quarter, on the
Triangular Fossa side of superior crus of Antihelix level
with Darwin’s Tubercule.
Function: for Hip and low back pain
Hip
Location: on the inferior aspect of the Antihelix Superior Crus,
in the third quarter on the triangular fossa side.
Function: For ankle pain, swelling.
Ankle
Location: on Scaphoid Fossa side of the Antihelix tail. In the 1st
Section of the division dividing the Lobe and the top of the
Helix Root. Slightly less than 1/2 way. Palpate for pressure
pain and /or look for Positive Reactions.
Function: For neck tension, sore throat, tonsillitis, hyperthyroidism
“Too much in the head” ( like Window of Sky Point)
Neck
Location: on the Antihelix Superior Crus on the Scaphoid Fossa
side, level with knee in the second quarter.
Function: Relives pain of strained thumb, arthritis
Thumb
Location: On the Antihelix Superior Crus, in the second quarter, on
the Triangular Fossa side.
Function: for knee pain, swelling
Knee
Location: in the center of the middle third of the Antitragus.
Function: For temporal or migraine headaches, can be used like
Tai Yang point.
Temple (temporal parietal skull, Tai Yang)
Location: Below LM 9 ( Intertragic Notch) in the center of section 2
of the lobe.
Function: Pain relief during dental procedures, gum disease, tooth
Decay.
Dental Analgesia
Location: found on the innermost aspect of the Superior Concha
where the Internal Helix and Inferior Crus meet at a tip.
Slide from the Large Intestine point until you meet the wall.
Function: Relieves diarrhea, hemorrhoids, rectal sores
Hemorrhoid Point
Location: on the Inferior Concha floor, next to ear canal, below
the Helix Root.
Function: Represents the soft tissue lining of the inner mouth,
gums and tongue. For eating disorders, mouth ulcers
cold sores.
Mouth
Location: on the Antihelix Body, at the junction of the Inferior
and Superior Crus.
Function: produces peripheral vasodilation, reducing vascular
Inflammation and sensation of being warm or feverish.
Note: this point is also used for acute strained low
back pain.
Heat Point
Location: in the center of middle third of the Antitragus.
Function: For temporal or migraine headaches, can be used like
Tai Yang point.
Temple
Location: in the center of the middle third of the Antitragus, near
the Antitragal-Antihelix groove.
Function: For occipital or tension headaches, onset of wind.
Occiput
Location: on the sideburns area of the face, level with Oscillation
Point (adrenal point)
Function: Facilitates balance of left and right cerebral hemispheres,
reduces oscillation.
Laterality
Location: on the Superior Tragus, central to LM 11( superior
Tragus Protrusion)
Function: for lack of energy and vitality,affects immune disorders
chronic fatigue syndrome, AIDS, cancer, jet lag,
If going on chemo or radiation
Vitality point
Location: on the inferior Triangular Fossa, superior to LM17.
Function: relieves constipation
