Location: At the junction of the internal Helix and Inferior Crus,
directly below LM 1. It is covered by the brim of the Helix
Root, making it hidden from view. (On Floor)
Function: Balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous
system. Improves circulation by producing vasodilation,
corrects irregular or rapid heart beats, the ‘fight or flight’
Response.
Sympathetic/Autonomic Point
Location: on the inferior Concha, below the Concha Ridge and
superior to the Heart Point.
Function: For smoking withdrawal, asthma, PNA, emphysema, coughs
flu, TB, sore throat, laryngitis, Lung meridian problems,
night sweats, skin disorders, sweating disorders. Like
lung 2, may be used for detox from addictive substances.
Lungs are the official for receiving pure Qi energy from
the heavens. Literally taking in a breath of fresh air and
eliminating the old. So, from a mental point of view, when
the lungs are weak, a person is unable to take in new
ideas or thoughts. They are stuck with old feelings, old
times and cannot be inspired with new thoughts or ideas.
Lung 1 (Contralateral lung, [opposite side])
Location: Slighly Superior and central to the curving tip of the triangular
Fossa, on Floor.
Function: Calms the Shen, or Mind, allows a connection to one’s spirit.
Alleviates stress, anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, excessive
sensitivity. Also may be used for inflammatory disease
and HTN. This point is active on most people.
Shen Men (Spirit Gate, Divine Gate, Wonder Point)
Location: on the Concha Ridge, toward the superior border, near
Concha Wall, above the stomach point.
Function: For Hepatitis, jaundice, alcoholism, anemia, eye problems,
Ligament problems, GYN disorders, sequelae of stroke,
Liver meridian problems, hernias, knee problems,external
Genitalia problems.
Liver opens into the eyes, so a person with a healthy liver
is able to see the world as it really is. The liver is the
Official of Planning..A healthy liver results in a person
Being able to set realistic plans and stick to them. If there
Is a problem with the liver, a person is unable to make plans
or they just give upon their plans and feel lost.

Location: on the Superior Concha, below LM16. Location is tucked
Under close to LM 16.
Function: For kidney disorders, kidney stones, nephritis, urinary
disorders, bone fractures, deafness, tinnitus, ear problems,
low back pain, hair loss, skin problems, fearfulness,
Kidney meridian problems.
The Kidney is the official who controls the waterways,
governs the aspects of vital fluids, thirst without desire
to drink, panic attacks.
