First to the perspective from which an author presents the conflicts characters and events of a story
Point of view
Anything from impersonal narrators who remain unnamed to characters in the story who have their own highly developed personalities
Personas
The point of you and which the author as one of the characters refers I himself as I throughout the piece
First person viewpoint
The point of you and what you author refers to the characters as he she or it
Third person point of view
Speaks about the characters in third person pronouns in the storyteller knows all
Omniscient viewpoint
Viewpoint of a narrative in which he often tells a story in third person and gets inside only one of the characters usually the central character

Second-story set within the opening and closing narrative
Frame story
Short narrative of a single interesting or amusing incident
Anecdote
Encompass any fictional story and employing real characters and settings from a time period other than the one written
Historical fiction
Fiction in which a reoccurring character investigate and solves crimes
Detective fiction
A short selection written by the author about his experiences and focus on a particular or happening
Autobiographical essay
