A) Should there be no visitor pre-registration attempt to limit traffic concerns, politely instruct the visitor to pull the vehicle over to the designated waiting area while visitor confirmation can be obtained from a SSL or Host.
B) should the SSL and Host be unreachable, have the Visitor wait outside Company property until contact be made.
C) should the visitor’s Host refuse access, politely inform the visitor that the host did not authorize the visit and direct the visitor leave the property.
D) Document all transaction in the DAR.
What is BP 1.7 in PO 4.1?
Bp 1.7: When a visitor does not comply with the previous instructions (BP 1.6),or seek to gain Unauthorized access, or attempts to provoke a confrontation.
A) Notify the applicable SOC( GSOC, ASOC, DSOC) or SSR of the situation and request assistance.
B) Remain in the area, at a Safe distance, in order to monitor the situation until the SSR arrives.
At no time abandon the assigned post, unless an immediate life- thereathing situation develops, you are relived of your duties at the post, or you are directed to leave the post by the SSR.
C) Complete a DAR entry and an lR detailing the Incident.

C) should there be no documentation allowing PermaResident/ US Person or Foreign National access, security staff/SSL will discreetly inform GA host that visitor is not allowed access to the us Citizen building or Area.
D) For exceptions direct all inquires to the FSO. Document the exemption via email to the FS0 or DAR.
What is BP 2.7 in PO 4.1?
BP 2.7: Complete visitor registration by scanning the Visitors Valid government photo lD into the VMS or complete the manual visitor log when the VMS is not available or operational.

B) Remain in the area, at a safe distance, in order to monitor the situation until the SSR arrives. At no time abandon the assigned post, unless an immediate life- threatening situation develops, you are relieved of your duties at the post, or you are directed to leave the post by fru SSR.
C) Complete a DAR entry and an IR detailing the Incident.
