What is the CURB65 score and what is it used for?
Assess severity of pneumonia
C - confusion
U - urea > 7
R - resp rate > 30
B - blood pressure
Management if CURB65 score is 1
Management at home
Management if CURB65 score is 2
Hospital therapy
Management if CURB65 score is >_ 3
Severe pneumonia 15-40% mortality
