1. stitches - bathe to prevent infection pat dry, simple analgesia
2. Toilet - inform if pain, difficulty, funny smell, encourage drinking water and balanced diet (no poos for few days normal)
3. Haemorrhoids - very common should go avoid straining
4. Lochia: avoid tampons for 6w for infection risk
5. Breasts: colostrum, cramping with uterus

Wound: gentle cleaning and dying, non dissolvable stitches removed after 5-7s
