cbc/chem ua, BP, azotemia
what are the treatments for PLN
enalapril to lower UPC, antithrombotics, renal diet +- doxy
what are we worried about in PLN
high risk of blood clots. give antithrombotic
what do you do if UPC is <1 but increased.
monitor and only treat if its getting worse.
