- N. Iliohypogastricus caudalis
- N. Ilioingulinalis
- N. Cutaneus Femoralis lateralis
- N. Genitofemoralis
- N. Femoralis
- N.Obturatus
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L1
L1 - Iliohyp.cran - Abd.Muscles and Skin
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L2
L2 - Iliohyp.caudalis
R.lateralis: Skin and mulle of and.cavity, Medial side of tigh, combined with N.Ilioinguinalis.
R.Medialis: Inguinal region
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L3-L4 Cfl
L3-L4 - CUTANEUS Femoralis Lateralis
Skin, and lateral aspect of distal tigh.
M.tensor fascia Latae
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L3
L3 - Ilioinguinalis M.Cremaster M.Obliquus internus abdominalis M. Transversus Abdoninis Inguinal Mammary gland Skin
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L3-L4 GF
L3-L4 - GENITOFEMORALIS R.Genitalis: - Scrotum Testis - Fascia Spermatica - M.cremaster - Mammilary complex - Female vulva
R.Femoralis:
- Medial aspect of tigh
- Femoral Triangle/ Canalis Femoralis
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L4-L6 - F
L4-L6 - FEMORALIS
- M.iliopsoas
- 4 heads of quadriceps femoris
- M.sarorius cran//caud
- M.Pectineus
- -> N. SAPHENUS
- M.sartorius
- M.Pectineus
- M. Gracilis
Root - Nerve - Innervation of
L4-L6 - O
L4-L6
- M.Pectineus
- M.Gracilis
- M. Obturatorius externen
- M. Adductor
= Adductor M. of HL
N.Genitofemoralis
Runs parallel with External iliac a. Devides into: R.femoralis (Canalis Femoralis) R.genitalis (Canalis Inguinalis) - After the inguinal canal it runs parallel with A.Pudenda externa, branching out to the mammaryglands
N.Obturatorius
Runs on the medial side, through foramen. obturatum
A.circumflex femoralis medialis crosses close to it
Devides into cranial and caudal branch
Innervates:
M.Adductor
M.obturatorius externen
M.Pectineus
N.Femoralis
Hidden under the M.iliopsoas Goes out after the tendon Has a Rami.muscularis, going to the canalis femoralis, supplying: M.Quadriceps femoris M.Sartorius M.Pectineus M.Iliospoas
A/V.Femoralis
Continues as N.Saphena (+V/a saphena)
- Sensory
- Terminating cranial, caudal and articulatio genus branches.
