Gives off the Caudal cutaneal femoral N.
Continues as the:
N.Tibialis
N.fibularis communis
Innervates:

M.Semitendinosus
M. Semimembranosus
M. Gemelli
M. Quadratus femoris
M. Gluteus profundus
M. Obturatorius internus

Has 3 branches:

  1. N.cutaneus Surealis lateralis
  2. N.Peroneus communis
    - N.peroneus superficialis
    - N.peroneus profundus
  3. N. Tibialis
    - M.Gastrocnemius
    - SDF
    - DDF
    - M.Popliteus
