Signs and sx of waldenstroms macroglobulinemia.

A

Rare chronic plasma cell neoplasm characterized by abnormal plasma cells which multiply out of control and invade bone marrow, LN, and spleen. Typically, there is also production of excessive IgM Ab, which causes hyper viscosity.
Increased size of spleen, liver, and some LN
Tiredness, usually due to anemia
Tendency to bleed and bruise easily
Night sweats
Headache and dizziness
Various visual problems
Pain and numbness in the extremities due to a predominantly demyelinating sensorimotor neuropathy
