Auxin: to encourage plant growth and development.
How can a plant hormone be used as a weedkiller (herbicide)?
By making it grow so much not enough water/nutrients can be absorbed therefore the plant becomes weak an dies.
What is positive phototropism?
When a plant produces auxin on the shaded side of the plant so it elongates more and bends towards the light.
