A space in cytoplasm filled with cell sap. This is important for keeping the cells rigid to support the plant. Cell sap contains variable amount of food
Cell wall
Cell wall made of cellulose strengthen the cell and gives it support
Cell membrane
Controls the passage of substances into the cell and controls the movement of substances out of the cell
