A

I put together research into proposals and pitched them to the client. I sent them a document via email and stated I would be happy to discuss further.

A

Had to factor in the foundations for the loft conversion, internal walls could be load bearing, fixtures and fitting such as electrics being dated. Dangerous materials such as asbestos.
