A
Fluids
Call seniors
If over 36 weeks and no fetal compromise, observe closely and delivery vaginally
If under 36 week, give cortiocsteriods

A
CTG contractions
reduced fetal movements
Hypotension + Tachycardia = shock
Uterine tenderness
