smaller oval lesions follow xmas tree distribution
herald patch - single larger lesion precedes smaller oval plaques. pink with central clearing

treatment not usually needed
antihistamines / steroid can help itching

mild itching
triggers - sweating, hot climate, immunosuppression

oral antifungals if extensive
